Community unites and finds lost dog in the desert during 65 days
After more than two months of a devastating road accident, the good news back to accompany a woman in Phoenix, Arizona, in the United States. Rose Sharman was seriously injured at the end of June, when one of the tires on your car blew up while driving. The accident resulted in the death of one of their dogs â" the other, frightened, ran away. "Went through the windshield and ran," said Sharman.The one-year-old dog named Ily â" abbreviation for I love you (I love you)-disappeared in the desert, being the owner, bedridden due to injuries resulting from the accident, found himself unable to find.The intervention to the animal's disappearance came from part of an incredible group of people who, upon hearing the story of Sharman, decided to help. That's how more than 100 local volunteers launched a search around the site of the accident. "If my dog was missing, I'd want the world to come," said volunteer Sherry Petta.The team went on to create a humane trap in an abandoned building a few miles from the disaster site, after having spotted two dogs in the area. This week, the Group managed to finally rescue the animal.According to the Huffington Post, Ily had lost 11 Pounds and was dehydrated. Fortunately, is back home, along with Sharman, and both are recovering.The happy ending you don't get around here: the dog that was also seen with Ily managed to be identified through the collar and might return to the owner.
