From January 1, 2015, online stores will be obliged to submit the energy label with information about electricity consumption on home appliances such as washing machines and dishwashers, refrigerators, vacuum cleaners or flat.

So far, these stores were only obliged to provide some of the information contained on the labels of products which are in physical stores, as the energy class. But as of 2015 will also be required to display energy label and the item card, pay-for-spares online store for Quercus said in a statement.

Initially, the scheme will be compulsory only for appliances such as those referred to above, but from April next year the obligation is extended to ovens and hoods and from September is extended to water heaters and hot water tanks, as well as to environmental heaters.

The availability of the energy label shall be made by the price of the product and is recommended to be available via a link from an image of a color arrow corresponding to the energy efficiency class of the product, such as the item card, which must be clearly visible and legible dimensions ", indicates the Quercus.
