Switzerland: log cabin suspended two miles high works as Office

Located more than two miles high, this precarious Shack is projected out from the top of a mountain of the Alps. The structure was built to house the operator of a ski lift at the resort in the Portes du Soleil, Switzerland. Before the stunning scenery of the mountains, there are certainly worse places that call Office.

Was the real estate agent Florin Biscu, Romania, who photographed the shed suspended sky-high during a trip to the ski resort. "When the fog slips into the Valley, the cabin appears as if I was floating in the air", described him.

But â€" fortunately for the employee â€" the shed is about to be demolished and replaced by a more modern and resistant structure. Even so, and despite his fragile appearance, Florin says that the building is sturdy.

"It's safe inside, just a little tight. Is strong enough to accommodate a person, but not more, "he said. "I was very curious to know why it was there. Is very rustic. Looks like the home of Charlie Chaplin in The Gold Rush. "
